Please name every file with your name as you would like it credited, like 01_Your_Name. It is the simplest way to keep the credit attached to the photograph once it has left your folder, and it saves us matching them up by hand.
Please keep an eye on file size and optimise for web where you can. We are not after the full-resolution originals unless we ask.
